This innovative platform will skill and guide youth throughout their apprenticeship journey, helping them transition from informal employment to skilled, formal employment in electronics, telecom, and renewable energy sectors. The app will also enhance female participation and support SMEs by facilitating Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), job matching using AI, and promoting occupational safety and health (OSH).
