Placement Executive
Overview
1 Placement Executive has the responsibility of developing client relationship with the industry / Franchisee. Tie-ups with Franchisee. Adding new franchisee in to Data base.
2 Generate relevant requirements from Industries / Franchisee’s for final placements of candidates. Build professional relationships with HR Managers and other decision makers in the candidate hiring process.
3 Generate relevant requirements from Industries / Franchisee’s for final placements of candidates. Build professional relationships with HR Managers and other decision makers in the candidate hiring process.
Placement Executive has the responsibility to Conduct Pre-Placement Session for candidates for increasing job readiness. Provide guidance in resume writing, soft skills and interview preparation tips to candidates.
4 To create awareness about industries expectations, motivate candidates on various aspects such as attending interviews, accept the offers and to join etc.
5 Arrange Interviews for candidates after receiving requirements from Center Manager.
6 Provide Joining information to candidates and taking confirmations from them, same to be convey to center Manager.
7 Monitor placed candidates as per schedule.
8 Keep record of post placement tracking which includes candidates working status, collecting monthly salary slips and bank statement
Preparing necessary reports and upload details on customer portal.
