An accomplished Electronics Engineering professional with 34+ years of industry experience, he specializes in electronics manufacturing processes including auto insertion, PCB assembly, and final assembly of major consumer electronic product lines. Over the course of his career, he has developed strong expertise in manufacturing operations, production efficiency, and quality control, ensuring reliable and high-performing electronic products.

His deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and commitment to operational excellence has enabled organizations to strengthen their production capabilities and technical standards. With decades of hands-on experience in the electronics sector, he continues to contribute valuable industry knowledge and technical leadership to the organization.

A PGDRM graduate from Institute of Rural Management Anand and an AI & Leadership alumnus of Indian School of Business, he blends policy vision, grassroots execution, and future-ready thinking to shape inclusive growth at scale.

Sameer brings over 25 years of experience in Skill Development, Vocational Education, and Workforce Training, contributing significantly to India’s skilling ecosystem. He has led large-scale workforce initiatives across multiple sectors, working closely with organizations such as NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, and government bodies to strengthen industry-relevant training and employment opportunities. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Tata Infotech, Aptech, Centum Learning, Dixon Technologies, and Medhavi Skills University. At FunFirst Global Skillers, Sameer focuses on building strong industry–academia partnerships that enhance employability and prepare learners with practical, future-ready skills.

Zuber brings over 25 years of diverse industry experience, combining deep expertise in logistics, procurement, production planning, client management, and global sourcing. Over the years, he has successfully managed complex supply chains and operational processes while building strong client and vendor relationships. He also possesses strong knowledge of commercial operations, including customs, excise, and tax regulations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Zuber’s strategic approach and operational insight play a key role in optimizing processes, strengthening supply networks, and supporting sustainable business growth.
