Amit is a professionally qualified business manager with over 17 years of technical and business experience
in various functions including Sales & Marketing, Distribution & Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support and Finance. He did his schooling from UP Sainik School & St. Francis’ College Lucknow, Electrical Engineering (with Hons) from NIT, Kurukshetra. He did his CFA and PGDBA from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He has also completed PG certificate course in SCM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Before starting Funfirst, he was responsible for turning around Polygenta Technologies Ltd as its CEO.
Amit Jain | Co-founder & Head of Skill Development
Amit is a post graduate in Electronics engineering from M.A.C.T. Bhopal and has 24 years of experience in Consumer Electronics Industry including production, planning & quality, logistics & supply chain. He is a go-getter and after working for 13 years in Videocon International Ltd as Factory Manager, he worked with Polygenta Group for 7 years. He is the founding team member and heads the Skill Development Initiative of the company and currently focuses on Mobilization.
Vivek Hardikar | GM – Training & Placements
Vivek is a hard core professional with rich & varied exposure in Consumer Service field. CE- HA & DTH are the main industry has worked in & has 25 years experience. He has done PGDBA with specialization in Mktg after his B Sc Electronics. He was associated with companies like PE Electronics, Tata Sky, Samsung, Whirlpool, BPL, Sharp India etc. He takes the role of industry interface, training & placements.
Prachur Goel | Manager
After doing his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay, Prachur completed his fellowship with Teach for India where he taught in a low-income school in a slum in Mumbai for 2 years. Apart from designing appropriate curriculum, he also started the first community library. He is passionate about reforming the educational landscape in the country. He is responsible for developing training modules and learning pedagogy for various programs at Funfirst.
